SUMMARY:(POSTPONED)Tone\, Lengthen and Release: Post-Natal
DESCRIPTION:Due to COVID-19 this workshop will be postponed and rescheduled for a later time. \n  \nExercises like walking\, swimming\, water aerobics\, and yoga are good options for postpartum exercise. For those just starting out\, low-impact aerobic activities and stretching are often best. \nThis workshop is great for new moms\, you will work on a full-body tone and alignment-based workout that utilizes total body strengthening and core stabilizing poses with bands and balls. Ending the small group session with blissed-out stretching\, breathwork\, and meditation. Reclaim your strength and confidence after pregnancy. \n  \nInstructor\, Bella Lindell: Bella is a certified yoga instructor with a focus in pre and post-natal yoga. In 1996 Bella took her first yoga class at a gym in order to stretch after hours of running. Since then yoga has always been a part of her life. Bella’s pregnancy and the birth of her baby in 2010 inspired a deeper\, inward-focused practice. She completed a 200-hour teacher training in 2010 at the Barefoot Movement followed by a Prenatal training with Cybele Tomlinson of Berkeley Yoga Center. Bella teaches both yoga and body sculpt toning classes. She loves to teach and enjoys combining alignment-based yoga with strength training. Bella continues to study with Leslie Howard\, Vickie Russell Bell and Richard Rosen (Piedmont Studio).
