In this 2.5-hour Pilates class, you will work with a certified Pilates rehabilitation instructor, Anya Taylor. You will perform a series of exercises that will increase your awareness of your pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles, bringing strength, control, AND relaxation to this area of your body. Through this workshop, you will reconnect to this important part of your body that is often neglected.
All skill levels are welcome.
About Instructor: Anya Taylor teaches Pilates with a specialization in pelvic floor Pilates. She has a BA in Sociology and is a certified Yoga instructor, massage therapist, and Pilates Rehabilitation instructor. She also has studied the Hendrickson Method of Orthopedic Massage.
