Join certified yoga instructor Emily Combs in a 2.5-hour pelvic floor training. Ideal strengthening, stabilizing, stretching and softening the pelvic floor helps to create the correct foundation of each movement in the body. Yoga is the ideal movement technique for strengthening, stabilizing, stretching, and softening the pelvic floor. A strong pelvic floor helps keep the pelvic and abdominal organs healthy; provides a secure foundation of each movement of the body; and is a valuable tool to help harness energy from this important area. About Emily: Emily Combs is deeply inspired by Iyengar yoga and the transformative power of the practice. After having children and suffering chronic low back pain because of difficult deliveries, her practice became more focused on gentle and therapeutic uses of yoga. She has studied the pelvic floor with Leslie and completed her “Pelvic Revolution” teacher training.
